For those that have not seen this already please read this important email from the employer that I have pasted below regarding timesheets. Make sure you enter all of your hours.
CUSTODIANS, GROUNDS and MAINTENANCE – Please disregard this message as timesheets are not applicable to your departments at this time.
Good afternoon everyone. I am not trying to send out more messages than necessary, but we feel that this is important so you are paid correctly.
We want to remind you that your timesheets for this week need to be submitted by the end of the day Friday, September 12 in order to ensure that you are paid next week.
Timesheets CAN be entered from any computer by accessing the Employee Self Service menu on the District website.
We also suggest that you submit your timesheets for the next month, to ensure you continue to get paid in the case of a continuing strike.
Your hours should be recorded on the first line of the timesheet under “Reg. Assigned Hours”.
Please only enter time for your assigned position and your assigned hours.
