This past month your amazing CUPE 441 delegates joined the 2026 CUPE BC Convention which was held at the Victoria Conference Center here in Victoria. 512 delegates attended (5 from local 441)
We voted on various important topics such as:
- Lobby on violence in the workplace
- Environmental impacts of AI
- BC specific OH&S Training
- Equity and human rights
- Lobbying for recognition for violence in the classroom
- Province-wide provincially owned and operated public transportation system
- As well as many more resolutions
